The digyoo app is owned and operated by Meetmenow LLC, a corporation formed in New Jersey, USA. We value each user and the privacy/protection of all the personal data you shared with us when you created your account. We will detail here the information collected from you, the way it is collected and how we use it along with how we obtain your consent, how long we store it and how it is stored, and with whom we would share it if necessary.

 

By using and registering for our app you are accepting the practices of our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the app after we make changes is deemed to be an acceptance of those changes. Check the policy periodically for our updates. You provide information when you search, read, message, and view content when you registered as a user and use the app, when you purchase a match, and/or communicate with us through our contact information. Digyoo will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you decide to provide it.

Automatically Collected Info: By accessing, registering, and using our app you automatically provide us with the following information:

  • Model and manufacturer

Registration/Login/Password: The information collected during registration and login on the app will be used for the sole and exclusive purpose of registering and logging in as a user on the digyoo app. The information obtained through registration or logging into the app will be the First name, Last name first initial, gender, date of birth, and home location.

Geo Location: digyoo allows users to explore nearby people. The app allows to the setup of a radius in miles and gets the list of users within the radius. We take the current location of the user, if the user click on allow.

  1. Approximate location (Physical user or device location within an area greater than or equal to 3 square kilometers. For example, the city a user is in, or the location provided by the ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION Android permission.)
  2. Precise location (Physical user or device location within an area less than 3 square kilometers. For example, location provided by the ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION Android permission.)

Payment information if applicable: Your credit/debit card details or payment information will be processed by Apple/Google (in-app purchases), who will process and store your data securely and for the sole purpose of processing transactions within the app. Digyoo reserves the right to contact any payment platform available on the market, which processes your data for the sole purpose of processing transactions within the platform.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc., USA (“Google”). These tools and technologies collect and analyze certain types of information, including IP addresses, device, and software identifiers, referring and exit URLs, feature use metrics and statistics, media access control addresses (MAC Addresses), mobile unique device identifiers, and other similar information via the use of cookies. The information generated by Google Analytics which includes your IP address may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We use the Google Analytics collection of data to enhance the app and improve our service.

Collected Information. Like many apps we use “cookies” and as a result, we obtain certain types of anonymous information which is not personally identifiable to you when your web browser accesses digyoo or any third-party content served by or on behalf of digyoo on other platforms. Some of the information we collect and analyze includes the Internet protocol (IP) address, computer and connection information such as browser type, version, connection speed, purchase history, and the products you searched for, viewed, and possibly purchased.

 

Social Media: On our platform such as our website you might find links and functions linked to different types of social media to which you can share your information.

3. DATA RETENTION

Personal data provided by users through the app will be kept for the time necessary for the provision of the app and mainly to verify and update profiles. Digyoo may be allowed to retain personal data for a longer period whenever the user has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, digyoo may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of legal authority. Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted. DIgyoo uses the anonymous browsing information collected automatically by our servers primarily to help us administer and improve the app. We may also use aggregated anonymous information to provide information about the app to potential business partners and other unaffiliated entities. The email address that you might decide to supply to us for purposes of receiving our email communications will never be rented or sold to a third party.

Digyoo will make all reasonable efforts to protect the personal information of users it obtains, and the personal information will be protected by dedicated data security personnel. In order to prevent users' personal information from being illegally accessed, copied, modified, transmitted, lost, destroyed, processed or used in unexpected and unauthorized situations, digyoo has and will continue to take the following measures to protect your personal information:

If you disclose your information to others, whether other users or suppliers on digyoo, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Digyoo does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. digyoo is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other platforms on the Internet, even those linked to or from the digyoo site.
